Robert Talbott Vineyards Tasting Room

Come enjoy the charm and beauty of Carmel Valley. They are located in the beautiful sunny Carmel Valley Village on Carmel Valley Road, just 12 miles east of Carmel CA. The Tasting Room features a lovely garden patio that is perfect for picnic dining as guests are welcome to bring their own food, or just relax with some delicious wine.

Talbott Vineyards is a family owned winery established in 1982 that grows and specializes in top quality all estate grown Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from our two re-nowned vineyards, our small hand-picked 14 acre Diamond T Vineyard in Carmel Valley, and the larger 565 acre Sleepy Hollow Vineyard located nearby in the Santa Lucia Highlands. They offer an extensive line up of 6 different and unique Chardonnays, as well as 6 different Pinot Noirs to choose from. Their wines have received many accolades and have been served at numerous special events, most notably on four separate occasions their wines were selected to be poured for Presidential dinners at the White House.

A standard tasting of their wine is comprised of 6 tastings including both Chardonnay and Pinot Noirs for a charge of $7.50 or waived with the purchase of 3 bottles or more. You are also welcome to do a white or red only tasting for a lessor charge.

OPEN DAILY from 11:00am until 4:30pm, weekends until 5pm.

They also have a tasting room at their Sleepy Hollow Vineyard/Winery at 1380 River Road, Salinas. They are open for tastings Thursday-Monday. This tasting room is set in the majestic rolling hills of the Santa Lucia Highlands. A standard tasting is 6 tastes comprised of both their estate grown Chardonnay and Pinot Noir varietals for $7.50, or waived with the purchase of 3 bottles or more.
