Mostly Pinot Noir, a little bit of Pinot Gris and even a sparkling, bubbly Rose de Noir. It's finicky, unpredictable, sometimes quarrelsome - but so delicious, intriguing and complex when coaxed into becoming wine. The Pinot Gris is released earliest, but all enjoy a few months of bottle aging before release, when I think they've settled down and are beginning to strut their stuff.
Flying Goat Cellars focus on producing premium Pinot Noir, handcrafted in small quantities that reflect the unique variations of the individual vineyard. All with a mission of merriment and a dedication to quality.
